Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Szechuan Five Spice blend
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce and 1 tbsp spice blend for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok on high heat, sear beef 3 minutes. Remove.
- Stir-fry onion, pepper, and snow peas 5 minutes.
- Return beef, add remaining spice blend and vinegar. Toss to coat.
- Serve hot over rice.
