- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp Hacienda Salsa Guacamole spice blend
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon, garlic, and spice blend in a bowl.
- Add chicken, coat well. Marinate 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
