Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Szechuan Five Spice blend
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Steamed rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce and 1 tbsp spice blend for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok on high heat, sear beef 3 minutes. Remove.
  3. Stir-fry onion, pepper, and snow peas 5 minutes.
  4. Return beef, add remaining spice blend and vinegar. Toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
